Project Overview
2024- For my final project for my Intro to Interior Studies class. I was tasked to study and transform an existing building (An AVIS in downtown Providence) into a beneficial program for the unhoused population.

I Used the word "To Reach" as a source of logic for my design. Each move made is an attempt to either reach out to the community or reach for the light.
Program
The program I came up with is a Children’s Library for the Unhoused Youth
I wanted there to be an emphasis on community engagement so there would be a book donation area, along with programs involving local authors to do read along events for the children.
